Are your posted prices in Canadian or U.S. Dollars?

Prices are automatically displayed in Canadian dollars, but current US pricing conversion can be shown by clicking the icon of the US flag.

When ordering online, does my credit card get charged immediately?

Unlike some of our competitors websites, CMS does NOT capture payment at the time of order. When you do order from our secure payment website, our system does get an authorization for the amount of the transaction but no payment is actually charged to your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

I am uncomfortable using my credit card for online purchases. Can I still order goods from the website but phone in my credit card instead?

Absolutely! Within our cart page is an option that allows you to submit your order without any payment and to have one of our CSR's call you back to confirm payment. 

If I don't have a credit card, how can I order and pay for goods from CMS?

While a credit card is the simplest payment method, we do offer other payment options such as the Western Union "Quick Collect" system. With this form of payment we money can be sent directly to Contemporary Motosports within minutes for a minimal fee, and it is completely safe and secure.

We will also accept money orders from major financial institutions and postal centers, but please be aware that orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

Can I order and pay for my goods C.O.D.?

No, we do not ship anything C.O.D., no exceptions.

Why can’t I find my vehicle fitment listed in the search feature?

While we are constantly updating our vehicle search features to include as many vehicles as possible, there are many models and manufacturers that may have unique features and specialty fitments that require a more in depth assessment to determine the correct fitment of products. If you do not see your specific vehicle in the search feature, please contact one of our experienced customer service reps on the toll free line at 1.877.CMS.7222

What are your hours of operation?

We can be reached on our toll free phone number (1.877.CMS.7222) or our local number (403.291.1578), Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm (MST), Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm (MST), and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (MST). These are also our actual store hours as well.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary based on the actual dimensions and weight of the requested items, and with where the order is being sent. For most shipping points within Canada and the US, accurate shipping quotes can be had by simply following the prompts in the shopping cart page. International shipping points will require contact one of our customer service reps for a quote.

Which countries can you ship to?

We can ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S.A., although special arrangements and quotes would have to be arranged for areas in Canada such as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavuut , as well as many areas that are not covered by regular ground service. Special shipping and pricing may also be arranged for areas in the US such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and any other areas requiring special services.

How long does it take to ship out and receive my order?

Normally, we can prepare and ship your out order within 2 business days. Of course things such as customer payment issues, current inventory levels, seasonal business increases, specialty orders, etc can all delay how long it may take an order to be processed and sent out. On these occasions we will contact the customer to inform them of the issues and we will work to rectify them as quickly as possible.

The actual shipping times will obviously vary depending on the location of the customer. Normally though, shipping times in Canada will vary between 1 to 5 business days, and US orders may take longer due to customs clearance etc.

Will you ship my order to a different address then my own?

For orders that are paid by credit card, we will only ship to an address that we can verify as being on file with the credit card issuing bank. If a different shipping address is required, you would need to contact the credit card issuer and register that address with them before we could ship out the items. This is to necessary to protect both the consumer and ourselves from fraudulent orders. We cannot ship to a P.O. box either. All orders must be shipped to a verifiable street address.

Is my order insured for loss or damage during shipping, and what should I do if this happens?

While Contemporary Motorsports takes every possible precaution to make certain your goods are properly and safely package for shipping, accidents can happen. On the rare occasion that an item gets damaged or lost during the shipping process, we absolutely make certain that your goods are insured for their complete replacement value. In the event that a claim is necessary, the damage must be reported directly to the shipping company within 48 hours of receiving the order. We also strongly recommend you notify Contemporary Motorsports of the event right away as well so we can assist in making certain that the claim gets handled properly and that you receive replacement goods as soon as possible.

For US bound shipments, why is my social security/tax I.D. number required?

Due to increases in border security since 9/11, the US Department of Homeland Security requires that all inbound US shipments MUST have the receiving customers tax I.D. or social security number WITHOUT EXCEPTION! This is not a policy implemented by Contemporary Motorsports and we have no control over it what-so-ever. This is a policy implemented by the US government and we have no choice in the matter. The information collected is not used by Contemporary Motorsports in any way other than being recorded on your shipping documents for customs clearance. If this information is not put on the shipping documents, the order WILL NOT be able to enter the US. If you have any concerns regarding this, we suggest you contact US customs to receive further information.

Do you stock brands and items other than those listed on your web site?

While the majority of what we deal with and stock is listed on our website, we have access to many other items not displayed. If you do not find what you are looking for on the site, please fell free to contact one of our customer service reps on the toll free line at 1.877.CMS.7222

Do I need to purchase any other items to use wheels I buy from CMS?

With any set of wheels or wheel/tire packages purchased from shopCMS.com, we include any necessary hardware required to fit the wheels to your vehicle correctly. This means hub centric rings, lug nuts, center caps etc. Now with some wheels, they may already be hub centric to your vehicle, and may require the use of your original vehicles lug nut/bolts and caps. In these instances, hardware is not included with your wheel purchase.
